1 to 1 Coaching Packages & Prices

All my one to one coaching sessions are designed to provide a concentrated dose of information and support for individuals who are looking to improve their health and wellbeing through lifestyle changes, particularly by adopting a more Whole Food, Plant-based diet.

During the sessions, the focus will be on discussing the benefits of plant-based eating, the impact of diet on overall health, and how to make sustainable changes to one's eating habits. The session will also cover other aspects of lifestyle medicine, such as stress management, exercise, and sleep, to provide a comprehensive approach to improving health.

The session will be tailored to the individual's specific needs and goals, and will include practical tips and strategies for incorporating more plant-based foods into their diet. I will also provide guidance on meal planning, shopping tips, and recipe ideas to help the individual make the transition to a more plant-based diet successfully.

If you are new to Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition, then I recommend a block of sessions or the Vitality 90 session. This is not only cheaper for you, but would give you more comprehensive knowledge and coaching to give you the tools to sustain a heathy lifestyle long-term.

 

Prior to each session I require you to fill out a detailed lifestyle history which I would ideally require 3 days before the session to give me enough time for me to analyse your data and provide you the best advice tailored to your individual circumstances.

 

After each coaching session you a provided with a powerpoint presentation to consolidate the information from the session as well as specific lifestyle medicine hand-outs and printable recipes. There will also be the opportunity to discuss barriers and how to minimise them and to ask any questions.

 

The block sessions are scheduled with a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks apart. Please note that a 48-hour cancellation notice is required from the agreed date of any session to avoid forfeiting the full price of the session.

1:1 Coaching

For the “block of sessions” it is ideal that up to the first 4 sessions are 2 weeks apart but there can be some flexibility around this.

Each session is one hour in length with lifestyle recommendations with explanations of the science and reasons behind them

​A handout after each session with the recommendations

Opportunity to discuss barriers and how to minimise them and ask any questions

ONE OFF hour long 1:1 session: includes 1 week meal plan and recommendations handout

Vitality 90

The Vitality 90 coaching session is a 90 minutes session, designed to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their health and wellbeing through lifestyle changes, with a focus on the benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet.

 

By providing a concentrated and transformative experience in just 90 minutes, individuals can kickstart their journey towards better health without the need to commit to a long-term coaching package.
